Trip an electrical circuit when dangerous overcurrent conditions occur with this miniature circuit breaker (MCB) from Eaton. The type-B device is suitable to use in residential or light commercial applications where switching surges are small. For greater safety, the MCB is insulated and protected against abnormal heat and fire. Resistance to corrosion makes the unit compatible with humid operating environments. A thermally stable enclosure adds to the reliability of the device, as it isn't negatively affected by the presence of heat. MCBs like this are commonly used to protect resistive or small inductive loads.
