The Jumo combined combination electrode (platinum- and reference electrodes in one shaft) has a glass fibber bundle polymerized solid electrolyte. A double-chamber with double diaphragm foreclosure prevents electrode poisons like sulfides, amines or chromates to damage the reference electrode. Additionally the salt reserve in form of salt rings increase the service life of media with fewer ions or at high flow rates. The combination electrode was specially developed for use in chromate reduction, nitrite oxidation, swimming pool and drinking water disinfection with slightly polluted media. It can be used for a redox range of plus/minus 1500 mV and has a temperature resistance of -5 to +90 °C. The insertion length is 120 mm.
