RS PRO 760g Steel Polishing Compound


This polishing compound – part of our tried and tested RS PRO series – imparts a high-quality finish on various metals. Featuring stainless steel abrasive particles, this product uses the metal’s characteristic strength to make surfaces shine.

The stainless steel in this compound provides excellent cutting performance to remove all but the toughest of remaining marks after prior cleaning. What’s more, the compound is also effective at bringing out the colour of many materials, especially stainless steel. To achieve an even greater lustre, it can be used in conjunction with a non-greasy rouge to buff brass and precious metals. Intended for dry use with stitched or calico polishing mops, it's quick and easy to apply.

This compound has undergone thorough testing to meet our exacting standards. It comes in a bar and is suitable for use on steel and for the removal of extrusion and burning lines from aluminium.
