This safety interlock switch is a power-to-release electromagnetic device designed to secure guards and Gates in industrial environments. Housed in fibreglass-reinforced thermoplastic with an adjustable head, it provides electrical interlocking via electro-mechanical contacts and is intended for individual wiring with diagnostic capability. The unit operates across typical machine safety control systems and is suitable for applications requiring protected switching in contaminated or wet conditions.

Cable gland entry with three M20 ports accommodates 0.34mm² to 1.5mm² conductors.

The lock is electromagnetic with power-to-release operation and positive-action monitoring contacts for both lock and door status.

Mechanical life is rated at 1x10⁶ switching cycles and B10d is 5x10⁶ switching cycles for small loads.

It has no internal fault detection

The actuator can be engaged from five directions and an angled actuator option alters locking force values.
