RS PRO 160A British Standard Fuse, B2, 415V ac, 111mm

Avoid the dangers caused by short-circuiting with this British Standard fuse from the RS PRO range. This 160 A fuse will protect your circuits against the high currents that cause short-circuiting. The fuse has bolts so you can easily secure and mount it to a fuse holder, and it's size 2B.

As this fuse is gG rated for general use, it will typically blow within two to five seconds at five times the rated current, and within 0.1 to 0.2 seconds at ten times the rated current. This fuse has a voltage rating of 415 V AC. High-rupturing, it will withstand the high pressure developed during a short-circuiting situation.

Part of the RS PRO series, this British standard fuse has been stringently tested. Compliant with BS 88 and IEC 60269, it meets the specifications for British standard fuses. Use it for domestic appliances.
