The Laird a Dupont Business Thermal Interface pad is designed to deliver efficient heat transfer in demanding applications. Its proprietary boron nitride filler ensures excellent thermal conductivity while maintaining extreme softness for minimal thermal resistance. The pad is electrically insulating, naturally tacky without adhesives, and remains stable across a wide temperature range from –45°C to 200°C.
Very high compliancy suitable for low stress applications
Meets UL 94 V0 flammability rating
