RS PRO Steel 13mm Diameter Wire Rope Clamp

This RS PRO steel wire rope clamp creates a loop in a piece of wire rope and securely clamps it in place to form a load-bearing eye. You can use it to hold a rope with a 13 mm diameter.
Also known as a wire rope grip or clip, the clamp has a forged U-shaped bolt and a cast saddle secured with two nuts for extra support. The forged steel material means it's able to bear heavy loads and create a reliable and durable clamp. It's also corrosion-resistant, so it's long-lasting and safe to use with wire rope.
The clamp is recognised as safe to use as a wire rope grip, as it meets DIN standard 1142. It's not designed to join two pieces of rope or to create sling assemblies.
