PowerStar IR LED Arrays - IR OSLUX


This family of PowerStar IR LED arrays, from Intelligent LED Solutions (ILS), feature the SFH 4780S IR LED from the OSLUX series by OSRAM Opto Semiconductors. This compact IR LED offers a high radiant intensity from an integrated lens. This low profile lens offers an extremely narrow emission angle of just ±10°.

Suitable applications for the OSLUX IR PowerStars include; surveillance systems, camera IR illumination, machine vision, night vision, driver assistance systems and biometric ID.
