RS PRO 34 Way Unscreened Flat Ribbon Cable, 43.2 mm Width, 5 m


If you're needing to connect computers, audio or digital equipment, consider this 34-way flat ribbon cable from the RS PRO range. It enables you to mass terminate easily when joining devices that transmit data.

The cable is unscreened and is 43.2 mm-wide in a length of five metres. Simply tear the ribbon between conductors to split it, using the red marker that indicates the first conductor as a guide. Internally, each 0.13 mm² (AWG 28) conductor comprises seven strands. Temperature resistant, they will function from -20˚C to +105˚C. There's a voltage rating of 300 V.

This cable is suitable for use with all insulation displacement connectors (IDC) as it conforms to the UL 2651 standard. It also meets electrostatic discharge ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007 norms so it won't damage equipment. RoHS compliant, it contains minimal hazardous substances.
