Its stainless steel construction makes it resistant to corrosion and easy to clean, making it safe for use in food and beverage processing. You can use it to measure temperatures across a broad range of -50°C to +150°C, making it suitable for use in demanding applications. It has a high accuracy of +0.2°C between -25°C and +74.9°C and an accuracy of ±0.5°C at temperatures between +75°C and +150°C to ensure precise readings.
