The Petzl Compact Energy Absorber is designed to be used in combination with a JANE lanyard to make a fall-arrest lanyard. Very compact, it minimizes bulk on the harness. Equipped with tear-webbing inside an openable pouch, the absorber is protected from abrasion while allowing for regular inspection.
