Need to drill or insert a screw in an area that's tricky to get to? This drill extension bar from RS PRO will give you the extra reach you need to do the job.

The extension bar is ideal for use both with power tools or for manual work. The quick-release hexagonal shank means you can do a single-handed bit change, to speed up your workflow. Its magnetic tip is handy for picking up and aligning screws. The shaft is made from strong, chrome-vanadium steel (CrV), which is housed in a corrosion-resistant, black-and-red anodised tube. These design features mean it'll withstand wear, tear and tough environments well, so it'll last you for longer.

The extension bar meets ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007 Electrostatic Control Standards, meaning it won't damage equipment via electrostatic discharge. Tools of this type are versatile and are commonly used for construction and renovation projects of all kinds.
